Description
Suunto Core 2 ABC outdoor watch is the next generation of Suunto's iconic outdoor ABC watch, combining an altimeter, barometer and digital compass in a rugged, easy-to-use design built for off-grid adventure.
Designed for hiking, camping, trekking and everyday outdoor use, Core 2 provides the essential information you need without relying on GPS or a mobile phone. Track altitude, monitor changing barometric pressure, navigate using the built-in compass and receive storm alerts when conditions begin to deteriorate.
Core 2 has been significantly upgraded from the original Suunto Core, with 10 ATM water resistance, durable Corning Gorilla Glass, larger buttons, a silicone strap and a user-replaceable CR3032 battery delivering up to 15 months of battery life.
Switchable Red / Green Backlight
Green backlight
Provides clear, high-contrast visibility for general outdoor use in low-light and dark conditions.
Red backlight
Helps preserve night vision, making it especially useful for nighttime navigation and outdoor use after dark.
Built for off-grid exploration
Whether you're hiking, camping or travelling beyond mobile coverage, Core 2 keeps the essential outdoor tools close at hand. The barometric altimeter tracks elevation, the digital compass helps keep you on course and the weather functions help you stay aware of changing conditions.
The upgraded 1.3-inch LED dot-matrix display offers improved readability over the previous generation, with a clean layout designed to make important information easy to see at a glance.
Stay ahead of changing conditions
Core 2 combines altitude and barometric pressure data to help you understand what is happening around you. Track your ascent and descent, monitor pressure trends and receive a storm alarm when rapid pressure changes indicate deteriorating weather.
